We look for Vacant Houses & Commercial Properties with NO “For Sale” sign on them. We don’t need help finding properties listed with Realtors® and we generally don’t need help finding properties that are For Sale By Owner (FSBO) unless it's someone you know in need.

How Can You Help?

Help us by finding those properties and distressed situations. Just let us know when you come in contact with someone who needs to sell or lease and does not want to list with a Realtor® or pay the additional fees & commissions.

We then buy many of those properties.

How You Will Make Money

You make money by finding us properties that meet our criteria. Just submit the property and owner information to our website. Once we meet with the property owner and they agree to work with us, you will be paid $25.

When we purchase a property that you provided to us through this system, we will pay you $500 at closing!
